Bikes, boards, beats
Why do we do what we do? Simple answer is to live the lifestyle we want to live. But the truth is, there is no simple answer, or rather the simple answer is far from simple.
When we started Sacred we thought it would be a straight forward case of knocking up a few designs, selling bundles and having more time to live our lifestyle, riding bikes everyday or boarding, spending summers at the beach and generally indulging in an assortment of adventure sports and music fuelled promo parties.
The reality is far removed. We work harder, longer and more intensely than we did before. We agonise over the products we put out. Some times we get it right, often we get it wrong. We are not pros and its a steep learning curve.
Our goal is to create clothing that we want to wear and if we get out right, clothing you do too. Every garment we sell makes us proud and reaffirms that we do get it right and makes the hard work worth it, so cheers all.
Oh and we do get to ride from time to time.

Snowboarding
The recent spell of cold weather brought most of the UK to a stand still, with snow falling across most areas. Now for most this was an inconvenience as schools closed, roads were impassable, trains were delayed or canceled and people couldn't get to work. Generally the world ended due to the uks inability to cope with a few inches of powder.
For us it was a thing of beauty and we made the most of it.
We got the bikes out for a bit of off road action, we walked in the hills and we even went snowboarding. Ok it was of the skate variety but immense fun.
Our point is when the snow comes and all around you are losing their heads, go play! It doesn't happen that often.

Still, it gives us an excuse to head over the bridge for some bevvies and a taste of the best the E land has to offer.
And well we have the Gower and Pembrokeshire coasts so we do ok.
Cheers

Around #diff
Took a little spin around diff this morning. Out at 7 on the SS with a short stop for a grande latte, the morning doesn't get going without a Caffeine hit, and a maple pastry at Nero`s.
Sun didn't put in an appearance until well after 8am. Despite the soul sapping persistent grey gloom that seems to have taken up residence here in diff, its good to be away from the day job, busting round "town" on the single speed, taking in some of the more colourful back streets. Check out the pics.
Swung by Cardiff finest alternative bike shop, Punk Bike. It seems 9am on a damp Squibb of a Tuesday is too soon a time for these purveyors of bike punk fashion to be up and open. Got to say they have it right, no slaves to the 9-5. Must check times in future.
Well I will drop by later. Plan on getting the guys there to sort me put a custom fixie. Sweet
